On March 25th, 2025, the graduation and completion ceremony for 2024 was held at the Asty Tokushima, and President Kawamura awarded diplomas to a total of 1,713 graduates (1,197 undergraduate, 470 master's and 46 doctoral graduates).
President Kawamura said, "I hope that you will proudly carry Tokushima University's legacy and the INDIGO Declaration in your hearts and step out boldly into the vast world of society and the world. Congratulations on your graduation."
As a representative of the graduating students, Mr. Otaki Daichi from the Faculty of Dentistry gave the following speech: "Meeting irreplaceable friends throughout my university life, with whom I have overcome various difficulties, has become a great treasure in my life. I am proud to have studied at Tokushima University and will do my best to ensure that each and every one of us is successful in our respective fields."
